At the end of June, Year 6 worked on an enterprise project called ‘The Fiver Challenge‘. They each received £5 from Virgin Money, which they invested into group businesses (a bit like the Apprentice!). They had to buy and make their products, work out their costs and profit, and sell their items to the school community. They even made adverts, which they shared in assembly. Some groups raised money for a charty; others put their proceeds towards a special treat for the class.
We were all extremely impressed with their teamwork, attitude, business acumen and salesmanship. Well done, Year 6!
