On Friday, our Year 6 class put on the fantastic show ‘Shakespeare Rocks’, telling the story of the life of William Shakespeare and some of the backgroud to his plays. We laughed, we cried, and then we laughed a lot more! They performed it extremely well and we were all very proud of them. Mr Riordan continued the afternoon by giving a speech, saying how important it was that whatever happens in life, they care for one another. Jon Ward (Chair of Governors) then presented every child with a book, a special certificate made for each individual pupil, and awarded the school cups to children as voted for by their classmates.
Well done, Year 6. We will all miss you very much.
