St Mary’s School Council meets St Matthew’s School Council

On Tuesday, the School Council ended their visit to the Houses of Parliament with a visit to Miss Norman’s old school, St Matthew’s. There, they met the St Matthew’s School Council and compared notes about the sorts of topics they discuss and the sorts of changes they have made. Both School Councils have made changes to school uniform. St Matthew’s School Council has changed how children line up at lunchtime and made an area of the playground safer, whereas St Mary’s have been working on raising awareness of air pollution. It was great for the two councils to meet each other and play together. Thank you, St Matthew’s, for having us.
